Rental Guarantee
Annual Rental guarantee of 8.00% per annum is offered gross for 13 years, which amounts to 104% of the total purchase price!
There is also the option of extending the rental guarantee for a further ten years at a rate agreed with the resort operator.
Mortgage Finance
60% Finance is available through the developer at a base rate of 6.75% in the first year which is reduced to only 2.99%, following a increase to 5.75% for the second and third years.
