Stylish and exclusive, ‘Saneh Villas’ is a small boutique development comprising of eight delightful villas, designed in traditional Bali style using authentic materials and features from around the region, and all brought together with western ‘savoir-faire’ and true Balinese spirit.

The interior and exterior of the villas are designed keeping in mind both comfort and aesthetic appeal. This creation has been intergrated into the islands surroundings without  harming the environment.

• The villas are available in 3 unique designs with an option of 2-3 bedrooms.

• They are built arround a central courtyard theme.

• Each vila have a rooftop sala with breathtaking views of the Andaman sea, Tropical gardens and water features.

• Each villa has a Balinese style exterior wall.

• Livable areas ranging from 270 sq mt to 300 Sq mt.

• The Villas have concrete pillars and beams.The sala (Traditional Thai shelter) on the roof terrace has wooden pillars, floor and roof structure. The main roof is made of metal structure covered with small cement tiles ,with heat insulating material.

• Walls are coloured with warm Natural Hues.The floor is covered with Terrazo, terracotta tiles and tinted cement to keep the natural look.

• Antique Balinese fixtures are introduced to acheive the exotic/asian style.

• Every bedroom is Air conditioned.Other rooms ghave a ceiling fan.

• The water system and electrical system use european standards.

• Bathroom Kitchen and wardrobes are fully fitted with quality appliances, amenities and accesories.

• Doors and window frames are made of wood or aluminium with mosquito net where required.
